Youth Ambassadors for European Civil Society took place in Sarajevo from 27 July to 03 August and involved more than 40 people (participants, team members, organizations, institutions and experts) from North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, France and Germany.
Living in a globalized world in which everything is interconnected, encouragement of young people to participate and take initiative is therefore of a big importance in for the construction of a peaceful Europe. Young people who have already begun to think about overcoming stereotypes and prejudices in an international context and who have been able to initiate an intercultural learning process through their participation are supported with this project in carrying on the experience they have gained into their own social environment and thus act as young multipliers for a European idea.
