In the continuation of activities for the transformation of the public space, on 7th of October, LOJA in the frame of the project “Improving Resilience to Floods in The Polog Region” presented the mural “Guardians of Tomorrow: A Street Art Journey in Disaster Preparedness”.
Supported by UNDP MK and the Swiss Embassy the inauguration took place in the presence of UNDP MK, Mayor of Tetovo, media, children who participated in the workshop and the authors of the mural.
The mural in the stabilization wall alongside river Shkumbin/Pena towards Banja e Tetovës/Banjice that aims to raise awareness and advocate on community resilience and environmental protection is the work of now well-known artist Esiem Art (Semir Alimi), Arian Xhaferi, and Artin Rustemi.
