Without the help of the many volunteers our work wouldn´t be possible and only half as fun. Many youngsters from Tetovo and around the world actively engage in helping out to make our WatchOut! Film Festival possible, create public space in the city and contribute with events on social issues such as women’s rights and disability awareness.

If you´re from Germany or France you can apply via the Weltwärts or Service Civique programs. We are hosting four volunteers every year, who join us making events in and around Tetovo happen.
